What are the benefits of using a Third Party warehouse?

Using a dedicated warehouse address often allows your products to be delivered to the 3PL warehouse at a much lower cost. You can use the 3P Warehouse option for all your products or for items that are undeliverable. Once your products reach the warehouse, they are carefully inspected and repackaged with your labels. You can also include your message or promotional items in the package on your behalf, and it will be sent to the recipient in your name. With the 3P Warehouse system integration, you can communicate with the warehouse where you send your products, create tickets, and quickly get information about the current status of your items.

Can I create invoices with SellerFulfilment?

You can easily create automatic invoices by entering your store-specific information.

In Which country does SellerFulfilment provide services?

We provide services at our warehouse located in Chicago, Illinois, United States.

Which countries does SellerFulfilment FBA ship to?

SellerFulfilment ships your FBA products to the United States, Canada, Mexico, Singapore, Australia, the United Kingdom, Germany, the United Arab Emirates, and Japan.

Can we do dropshipping with SellerFulfilment?

You can easily handle dropshipping shipments using the Google extension available on our panel.You can check out the video on our YouTube channel for instructions on using the Google extension. Don’t forget to get in touch with us.

How does FBA work with SellerFulfilment?

You can purchase your online arbitrage, wholesale, or private label products from anywhere and send them to our warehouse.To do this, use the ASIN numbers of the products you have purchased and wish to have prepared for FBA, and query them through our web-based interface to find out the fulfillment fee. Once all your products are delivered to our warehouse, we will perform the necessary preparation procedures according to Amazon standards and ensure that your orders are shipped to the Amazon warehouse in the country you selected.

What are the types of SellerFulfilment memberships?

SellerFulfilment offers two types of membership: Standard Membership and Prime Membership. Prime Membership is available for $9.99 per month and provides an additional 10% discount on each order.

What do the preparation fees for an order created with SellerFulfilment cover?

The FBA preparation fee shown to customers for an order created via the web-based interface using ASIN queries includes the shipping, labeling, and preparation processes for the order. Additionally, no customs duties are charged for your order.

Does SellerFulfilment guarantee customs clearance for shipments?

SellerFulfilment commits to paying customs duties and handling the procedures if customs duties arise upon entry of your products into the relevant country. In cases where products are prohibited or require special permits, communication will be made with the sender. Since each country has different customs regulations, responsibility lies with the customer, and no liability is accepted.

How many days can an order created with SellerFulfilment stay in your warehouse?

Products in an order created with SellerFulfilment and sent to our warehouse will be stored for up to 30 days after all items are delivered to our facility. After 30 days, action must be taken for each order or inventory. Please contact us during this period.

How can I make changes to an order created with SellerFulfilment?

If the payment for an order has not been made, you can always update your products using the Add/Remove ASIN button within the order. For changes to an order that has already been paid, you need to contact the warehouse staff. You can do this through the messaging section within the order.

Does SellerFulfilment offer product bundling services?

You can view the requested fee for product bundling services and receive an offer specific to each ASIN when creating an order.

I am encountering an ADDRESS ERROR issue when sending products to the SellerFulfilment warehouse, or my supplier is rejecting the shipment to a fulfillment warehouse. What should I do?

When you create an order with SellerFulfilment, a specific address is assigned for each order. If you encounter difficulties sending products to our warehouse, you can use the following methods: - **Fullname:** Instead of "SellerFulfilment Warehouse," you can write "BRK EXPRESS SHOP LLC." - **Address 1:** Write "5658 W FILLMORE ST." - **Address 2:** Instead of "#FBA18/1460" (as an example), you can update it to "STE 18/1460" or, if slashes are not allowed, just "STE 18." Please note that deliveries made outside of these guidelines may result in difficulties identifying the sender and could cause delays in processing your order.

How can I make payments for shipments with SellerFulfilment?

SellerFulfilment offers alternative payment methods. You can access these options via [this link](https://www.sellerfulfilment.com/payments/create). **Stripe:** You can make instant payments using a credit or debit card with Stripe. This method supports Turkish cards, but some bank cards might encounter errors due to restrictions. After making a payment, the link will redirect you to the homepage. You should log in again to check your balance on the panel. A 2.5% bank service fee applies. **Payoneer:** To make a payment via Payoneer, first send the payment using our Payoneer email address from your Payoneer account. Then, notify us of the amount sent using the form in the Payoneer payment notification. Once the payment reaches our account, your balance will be updated on the same day. For other payment methods, including Payoneer, you must first send the payment using our account details and then notify us by completing the form. Your balance will be updated on the same day after the payment is received in our account. Please note that for payments made outside of Stripe, if the form is not used to notify us, the balance will not be updated.
