• The activities of the website www.sellerfulfilment.com are operated by BRK EXPRESS SHOP LLC, a company registered in the United States (hereinafter referred to as "SellerFulfilment").

The internet user who registers as a member on the website www.sellerfulfilment.com (hereinafter referred to as the "MEMBER").

TERMS OF USE

SellerFulfilment" may update these terms of use whenever necessary. However, any such changes will be regularly posted on the SellerFulfilment website and will be effective from the date of publication.

Any individual or entity that utilizes SellerFulfilment services and accesses the SellerFulfilment website is considered to have accepted any changes made to these terms of use by BRK EXPRESS SHOP LLC in advance.

BRK EXPRESS SHOP LLC reserves the right to change any information, forms, and content available on or to be provided by SellerFulfilment at any time.

SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this Agreement is to define the terms and conditions under which the "Member" can benefit from the services provided by the internet site SellerFulfilment, owned by BRK EXPRESS SHOP LLC.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

The Member declares and undertakes that the personal and other information provided during registration on the SellerFulfilment website is accurate under the law and will compensate SellerFulfilment for any damages incurred due to the falsity of this information promptly and in full.

The Member may not share the password provided by SellerFulfilment with any other individuals or organizations; the right to use the password is exclusively theirs. Therefore, the Member is fully responsible for any consequences arising from this, including any claims or demands made by third parties or authorities against SellerFulfilment.

SellerFulfilment reserves the right to seek compensation and pursue any other claims arising from such unauthorized use.

The Member agrees and undertakes from the outset to comply with and not violate the legal regulations while using the SellerFulfilment website. Otherwise, all resulting legal and penal liabilities will be entirely and exclusively the responsibility of the Member.

SellerFulfilment will not be responsible for any unauthorized access to member data or any damage that may occur to member software and data. The Member has preemptively agreed not to seek compensation from SellerFulfilment for any damages incurred due to the use of the SellerFulfilment website. SellerFulfilment retains the right to unilaterally delete the member’s account and block access when necessary. The Member accepts this provision in advance. In such cases, SellerFulfilment will have no liability.

The software and design of the SellerFulfilment website are owned by SellerFulfilment and are protected by copyright and/or other intellectual property laws. These elements cannot be used, acquired, or altered without permission from the Member. Other companies and products mentioned on this website are trademarks of their respective owners and are also protected under intellectual property rights.

SellerFulfilment reserves the right to change the content and design of the site at any time, to modify or discontinue any services provided to users, or to delete user information and data registered on the SellerFulfilment website. SellerFulfilment also has the right to delete the membership and block the account of any member deemed to pose a security risk. The Member accepts this provision in advance. In such cases, SellerFulfilment will have no liability.

SellerFulfilment may change, update, or cancel the terms of the membership agreement at any time without prior notice or warning. Any modified, updated, or repealed provisions will be effective for all members as of the publication date.

TERMS OF SERVICE

SellerFulfilment is a company that provides services to Amazon sellers by fulfilling FBA shipments and sending them to Amazon warehouses.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated when creating an order based on the destination country, as well as the size and weight of the product.

When your orders arrive at the warehouse, the dimensions and weight of the products are verified. If the product dimensions and weight were incorrectly entered on Amazon.com, the shipping cost might be under-calculated. If the shipping cost exceeds the calculated amount, the remaining amount will be billed to the member. Conversely, if the shipping cost was over-calculated, the excess amount will be refunded to the member's account.

When your products arrive at the warehouse, your packages are inspected. If your package or product is damaged, the member will be informed. If you do not have sufficient credit, the product will not be released from the warehouse. For unpaid shipments that remain in the warehouse for more than 10 days, a $3 per day storage fee will be charged to the member starting from the 10th day.

There may be products that are prohibited, damaged, have unclear or incorrect order numbers, or are requested to be returned to Amazon. In such cases, the member will be contacted to take the appropriate actions.

If you see that your products have been delivered to the warehouse but no action has been taken within 3 days, it may indicate an issue with the delivery of your products. In this case, the member must contact our support team regarding the relevant order.

In an order created by the member, all products are processed after they reach the warehouse. During the processing of your order, box information for Amazon FBA shipments will be sent to the member. The member is responsible for any issues arising from the late submission of box information to the warehouse.

In some cases, products ordered from Amazon.com may appear as delivered by the shipping company, but they may not reach the SellerFulfilment warehouse. In such situations, the member may be required to resend the products to the warehouse

Products sent by the member to our warehouse may be delivered in a damaged or broken condition, meaning they are not suitable for shipment. In this case, the member may be asked to resend the products to the warehouse.

Products arriving at the SellerFulfilment warehouse will be processed within 1 day if there is sufficient balance in your account and the necessary information has been provided correctly. Since shipments are not processed on weekends, a shipment arriving at the warehouse on Friday may be dispatched on Monday.

SellerFulfilment cannot be held responsible for shipments that are lost, undelivered, or held up in customs once they are on their way to your customer.

The fact that products are carried by the relevant carriers does not mean they will pass through customs. Each country has different customs rules. SellerFulfilment is not responsible for products held up in customs due to customs regulations of the countries.

Any required corrections and notifications requested by customs must be handled by you. The responsibility for any documents, permits, or additional payments also lies with the member.

Customs return fees for products returned due to buyer-related reasons such as address errors, missing contact information, or refusal of the product by the recipient will be charged to the member. If the shipping cost for such returned products exceeds the cost of the product, our warehouse may request the disposal of these products without consulting the member.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND

Memberships can be canceled. Paid memberships cannot be paused or temporarily suspended. The member can continue using SellerFulfilment until the end of the current subscription period after canceling their paid membership

SellerFulfilment is a digital product of BRK EXPRESS SHOP LLC, registered in the state of Illinois, USA. BRK EXPRESS SHOP LLC is responsible for enforcing Illinois state consumer laws.

TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT

This agreement will remain in effect until the member cancels their membership or SellerFulfilment cancels the membership. SellerFulfilment may unilaterally terminate the agreement by canceling the member's membership in the event of a breach of any provision of the membership agreement by the member.

EFFECTIVE DATE

The member's registration implies that they have read and accepted all the terms and conditions of the membership agreement. This Agreement is concluded and effective immediately upon the member's registration.
